My main reason for coming on this site was to get a definition of the word Personal Development Plan, every other site basically said the same thing but the way you simplified it, helped me understand. I do take care of my body by taking enough food/ healthy food to provide important nutrients to my body and always suggest the same to my friends and family! taking multivitamin tabs always a good idea!
